Employee How-to

Amadeus Service Hub is open to all Amadeus employees and there is no need to register.

1. Go to the Amadeus Service Hub login page and select Amadeus.

2. Enter your Opera username and password.

Here are some of the benefits of using Amadeus Service Hub:

  1. You can search for all learning and support content created by ACOs or by Central (e.g ACS, R&D, PMs, etc.).
  2. There is a wide range of learning and support content including: Free e-Learnings, training courses, User Guides, How tos, videos, tips, error messages articles.
  3. It is adapted for mobile and tablet devices.
  4. It is a useful learning tool for newcomers.
  5. You can search for knowledge articles (these can be attached to a case and sent to the customer).
  6. You can share your expertise by creating knowledge articles!
  7. If something is missing or outdated, you can update it yourself.
  8. You are now able to update any Internal and Customer Help Desk content on the spot without the need to send feedback.
