TICKETING INHIBITED - SSR DOCS MISSING FOR PASSENGER X

Problem/Cause

You may receive this error message after ticketing (TTP) entry.
 
Possible cause:
  • There is no SSR DOCS element associated to the flight segment.
  • You are booking (Light Ticketing) on AirAsia group (K, FD, D7, QZ, JW, PQ, Z2, XJ and I5) and the element is not in the PNR.
    Note: the error may say: TICKETING INHIBITED-SSR DOCS WITH NATIONALITY MISSING FOR

Customer Action

1. Display the PNR and verify if the problem is still valid.

  • Try the SSR entry first without using the passport information: 

SRDOCS BA HK1-----30JUN73-M--SMITH-DAVE/P1

  • Try then the complete entry with the passport information: 

SRDOCS BA HK1-P-GBR-012345678-GBR-30JUN73-M-14APR09-JOHNSON- SIMON-JEAN PAUL-H/P1/S3

2. If the problem is reproducible:

  • Add SSR DOCS to a PNR.

The SSR DOCS element has to be created for adult passengers and also for an infant (INF), attached to the adult.

WARNING: Do not create the SR DOCS element if you do not have the passport details and do not use the default passport number 012345678.

3. If the problem persists, and you are sure the request is valid and should return a result,contact your Amadeus Help Desk (or Representative).
Provide the following information to help investigation and speed up the handling time:

  • Timestamp of your entry. For this, enter $$DUMP from the Command panel right after your entry, then copy the output.
  • Exact error message received
  • Scenario to reproduce the error

More details

As per ATA resolution 20.61 (ATA: Air Transport Association), ticketing issuance must be rejected when Secure Flight Passenger Data is missing for the flights within, to and from the US.
 
Travel Agents must enter Secure Flight Passenger Data through elements of the PNR: SSR DOCS (Passenger name, DOB, Gender) and SSR DOCO (Redress Number).
Only the SSR DOCS presence will be checked at Ticket issuance.
