How to add remarks to a PNR

Procedure

A remark element in a PNR contains additional comments or information concerning passengers and their bookings.

There are five types of remarks.

Corporate remarks RX (FREE-FLOW TEXT)
Confidential remarks RC (OFFICE ID)-W,(OFFICE ID/(FREE-FLOW TEXT)

- ‘C' and 'H' category at the same time
