TSM P OR DOCUMENT NUMBER NEEDED FOR SERVICE/SEAT

Problem/Cause

You may receive this error message when trying to change the class of service of the itinerary in a PNR that has a confirmed ancillary service (/SR status HK ) for the segments - a prepaid seat for example, that has not yet been paid.

This error can also be received when booking a chargeable seat on UA, DL and AC.

Possible cause:

  • The SR element is causing the error
  • Booking a chargeable seat on UA and DL and AC requires pricing before end of transaction (EOT)

Customer Action

1. Cancel the SSR Ancillary service. Try once again to change the class of service.

  • For information on ancillary services, refer to the Amadeus Help pages HE ANCILLARY

2.  For booking chargeable seats on UA and DL, ensure that this ancillary seat has been priced before end of transaction.

3. If the problem persists, contact your Amadeus Help Desk (or Representative).
Provide the following information to help investigation:

  • Timestamp of your entry. For this, enter $$DUMP from the Command panel right after your entry, then copy the output
  • Exact error message received
  • Scenario to reproduce the error
