NEED ORIGINAL ISSUE TICKET NUMBER [TTP]

Problem/Cause

You may receive this error message in different situations. For example:

  • When trying to exchange (TTP/EXCH for ARC agents) or reissue a ticket (TTP for BSP agents)
  • When issuing an IT fare ticket
  • In case of a split payment

Possible cause:

  • The FO line is missing in the PNR -or- the FO line missing segment association
  • An incorrect fare indicator was selected when doing a manual fare build (for example, Y fare indicator instead of I fare indicator)
  • There is more than one passenger in the PNR

Customer Action

EXCHANGE OR REISSUE

You are attempting to exchange a ticket (TTP/EXCH) or reissue [TTP with an R (reissue indicator) precedin currency code in the TST  (BSP only)]

1. Enter an FO line. See HE FO for further information..

2. If one already  exists, verify that the FO line is associated to all the segments you are trying to exchange/reissue

FARE INDICATOR

Make sure that the fare indicator selected (when doing a manual fare build) is correct. Change it if necessary, for example to IT TICKETING as if it was not a reissue.

  • I  for first time issue, IT fare
  • Y for reissue of IT tickets (not used in the US)

SPLIT PAYMENTS

1.  In case of a split payment when some passengers share the same TST, you need to split the TST. For example: TTS/T1/P1

  • For additional information, refer to the Help pages HE TTS

2. End transaction and issue the ticket.
